2. Layfayette College

This beautiful college is known for its liberal arts program and is ranked among the best of the country's liberal arts colleges. Christian faith-based, the smaller institution houses around 2,500 students on campus and has earned praise for responsiveness to students when decisions are being made. Lafayette College offers its student amazing research opportunities, numerous opportunities to study abroad, and their outstanding liberal arts program. 3. Messiah College

Ranking #4 on a U.S. News colleges list, Messiah College is a Christian-affiliated school that enrolls roughly 3,000 students each year. The school was founded in 1909 in Grantham, Pennsylvania. The college is known for having more than 75 student organizations and clubs, alongside a phenomenal music and arts program. Students can also join one of 22 athletic teams that compete in a very competitive division in the state. The most popular majors at Messiah College are Registered Nursing, Engineering, and Business Administration, although they have endless majors to choose from.

4. Grove City College

Located in Grove City, this Christian college is known for leaning a little to the "left." They are not a conservative school and pride themselves on their nondiscriminatory requirements. GCC was founded on principles that are nondenominational and nonsectarian; having a purpose of creating Christian unity. They have roughly 2,500 students on the campus each year and pride themselves on nurturing their social, moral, and intellectual development. Unlike other Christian schools, you do not have to prove faith here; instead you are accepted without regard to religious test or belief.

5. Geneva College

Originally created in 1848 by a minister of the Presbyterian Church, Geneva College is located in Beaver Falls. It is a private, co-ed, Christian school that strives to give its students all the tools necessary to provide faithful service to both God and their neighbor. They enroll around 1,500 students each year and are known to have extremely small classroom sizes. The college itself is admired for its beauty, sitting on an amazing 55-acre campus. Geneva College is the founding member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities.
